Janel Beedle

My name is Janel Beedle (she/her), and I am a Junior at UCCS. I am an English rhetoric and writing major with a technical communications minor. After graduation, I plan on starting my career in grant and proposal writing. I am on the Budget, Poetry, and Visual Arts Teams for the 2024 edition of riverrun.

Spencer Cearlock

My name is Spencer Cearlock and I am a Junior at UCCS. I am earning my degree in English with emphasis in rhetoric and writing along with a minor in theatre arts. I love gaming, writing fiction, weightlifting, and boxing. As for riverrun, I am involved on the design, marketing, and the fiction editing team.

John A Cinnamon

My name is John A Cinnamon, I’m a sophomore at UCCS. I am in the process of earning a double major of History and English with a focus in Rhetoric. I love reading, writing, running, and swimming. I am on the Events, and Marketing teams as well as the Fiction and Literary Translation editing teams for riverrun’s 51st issue.

Josiah Dolan

My name is Josiah Dolan and I am a sophomore at UCCS. I’m a communications major with a focus in digital film making who loves anything film, photography, and writing. I’m a member of the Design and Website Teams for the 2024 edition of riverrun.

Sean Ford

Hey everyone, my name is Sean Ford. I’m a Digital Media major with a minor in Creative Writing. I’m on the nonfiction, events, and website teams for this year. I’m happy to be here, and everyone put a lot of effort Into this issue so I hope you like it!

Angelica Guevara

My name is Angelica Guevara (she/her) and I am a junior at UCCS and a Reisher Scholar. I am an English Rhetoric and Writing major with a minor in Pre-Law with intent to go onto law school after graduation. I enjoy reading, writing, and the study of political sciences. I am currently on the design team, an editor for fiction submissions, and the cover designer for the 2023-2024 riverrun Literary Arts Journal.

Lauren Hancock

Hi! My name is Lauren Hancock (she/her) and I’m a senior at UCCS. I am majoring in English Rhetoric and Writing and plan to go into Environmental Journalism after I finish my degree. I am a part of the Design Team for the 2024 issue of riverrun.

Kate Marlett

Hi! I’m Kate Marlett (she/her) and I’m a junior English Literature major. I’m excited to be on the Fiction, Website, and Marketing Teams for this year’s issue of riverrun. I have loved editing since I was young and I’m excited to use my experience here for my career in publishing. I’m proud to have contributed to the 51st issue — I hope you enjoy it!

Amanda Miranda

My name is Amanda Miranda (she/her) and I am a senior at UCCS. I am majoring in English Rhetoric & Writing with Creative Writing and Philosophy minors. I plan to pursue my dream of being a writer and editor after graduation while also working on getting my Master’s Degree in Business. I am part of the Design, Event Planning, and Marketing teams for this issue of riverrun.

Lea Partipilo

My name is Lea Partipilo (she/her), and I am a UCCS junior. I am majoring in English literature and will continue with the alternative licensure program and instruction master’s degree after graduation. I am on the Events Team and Creative Non-Fiction editing team for the 2024 issue of riverrun.

Susana Ramirez

My name is Susana Ramirez (she/her) I am a poet and a English Literature major with a minor in Creative Writing. I will graduate in 2025 and pursue something toward my passion for literature. I primarily worked on the budget and poetry-editing team, while also being involved in the design and event planning team.

Josh Reynolds

My name is Josh Reynolds, and I’m a senior at UCCS. I am majoring in Communications with a minor in Creative Writing. After graduation, I hope to land a job either in project management or editing, with a side goal of having a novel published at some point. I am part of the Design and Website teams.

Joshua Wright

My name is Joshua Wright (he/him), and I’m a senior at UCCS. I’m an English Rhetoric major with a Creative Writing minor who loves reading, writing, and designing all sorts of things in text. I’m on the Design and Website Team for 2024’s riverrun issue.
